This full-day tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Cao Dai Temple from Ho Chi Minh highlights the history and religion of Vietnam.
This full-day tour start with a pickup from your hotel, heading to Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh province, 95 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh and close to the Cambodian border.
At arrival you have time to explore the main temple and the comples around it. The midday service is unbelievable in Cao Dai Temple, so make sure you don’t miss it.
Around 13:00 pm you have lunch. After lunch, you will move on to Cu Chi, located 60 km from Ho Chi Minh City.
The Cu Chi Tunnels is an important historical site for the resistance during the Vietnam War. You learn the clever design of the tunnels and the strategic use of the trap doors. You have the chance to crawl in a couple of tunnels and learn how the Vietcong could live in the tunnels for so long.
After this, you will be brought back to the Ho Chi Minh and arrive around 6:00pm.
