In the morning or afternoon you will be picked up by a local guide at your hotel.

Start biking to Hoi An Market. Here you have the chance to talk to market sellers and to learn about bargaining from your guide. Besides that, your guide will show you the ingredients needed for your cooking class.

Next you will go to the Silk Village, where locals learn you how they make the famous lanterns you see everywhere in Hoi An. You get to know to complete process of the Cham traditional silk production.

After the Silk Village you head to the restaurant. On the way to the restaurant, you are biking through the amazing countryside of Hoi An. Take the opportunity to stop for photos at the Cam Thanh paddy fields, water buffaloes and Bay Mau Nipa coconut forest.
In the restaurant you will be welcomed by a local chef, who is going to show you every dish you are going to make.

The complete cooking class takes around 2 hours. After you have showed your great cooking skills, you can enjoy your self-made dish.

When your stomach is full, it is time to go back to your hotel.
